Crisis? What crisis? Cascais will buy the old hospital of Cascais and a military facility in Parede

The Mayor of Cascais said today at the radio Antena 1 that the city of Cascais will invest some millions of euros, buying the old building of the hospital and a military facility in Parede. It will be installed a Nest for new companies, promoting the intrepreneurship. This project is coordinated by DNA Cascais. Is it a good idea? or it's just a way to have more public debt.
